UPdate after 7 weeks the very bad technical at Asus Egypt changed the battery and the motherboard and the tablet charging the problem is I cannot use the 3G as before because there is problem in the datasim socket on the tablet ,also cannot get my sim from the tablet. New good Asus tablets in Egypt or refurbished ones brought from Europe ? The unbelievable and not expected problem from the 1st min, are they selling Support office here telling them to respect asus customers and replace or fix myĭevice as soon as possible, I trusted Asus and bought the tablet but so sad for I'm so so frustrated Cannotīelieve Asus new product will be like that !!! so any chance you contact your tried more than 20 times for several days calling the Asus Egypt hotlineġ9427 or the 800-2787349 but no one ever answer. Problem, went to Vodafone Egypt the place I bought it from but they deniedĪnything to help and never offer any replacement or even fix or contact the Problem, I tried to search the web but always people talking about bad charger Red mark, and battery status unknown I tried another charger but the same Power on the tablet but it did not, so I said after I charge it for 8 or 10 hoursĮverything will be ok but nothing happened at all the battery always o % with Open the box or touch the tablet for 2 weeks, last week I open the box and tried to I cannot believe what happened till now, I bought the Asus tablet and did not
